John Farah named recipient of the 2011 K.M. Hunter Artists Award for Music
Toronto, May 31, 2011 - The K. M. Hunter Foundation and Ontario Arts Council recognized the recipients of the 2011 K. M. Artist Awards.
These annual awards are given to Ontarians who are making a mark in their field.
A prize of $8,000 was awarded in each of six artistic disciplines in Music, Literature, Visual Art, Dance, Film and Theatre.

Composer pianists John Kameel Farah and Attila Fias release their colloboration album of compositions and improvisations for two pianos.
The CD launch at Gallery 345 in Toronto was recorded for future broadcast by CBC Radio 2, 94.1FM on Oct 5, 2011.
